Cardio is cardiovascular exercise in which you were work out your heart to be strong and resilient. Your heart needs to be strong if you want to live longer than 70 years. Cardiovascular health is related to the health of your circulatory system, which has oxygen and nutrients. It is important to work out your heart because your heart is a muscle that is what keeps you alive if your heart isnt strong you will possibly die of a heart attack, cardiac arrest, or your gonna need a heart transplant. Its important to work your heart because it lowers your risk of heart disease.
I can live a healthier life by most likely losing weight, eating less, eating better, and by exercising daily or regularly. Drinking green juice is one other way of being healthy, It gives you more stamina and a lot of nutrients that your body needs to survive. Those nutrients are what keeps your body going. Believe it or not i plan to get a summer job and at least work out as much as i can before i go back to school. I dont plan to be fat for the rest of my life. At least weigh around 150 or 140 ill be happy with that weight.
